Each year Helen & Douglas House holds a number of exclusive sky dives days at Weston-on-the-Green, Oxfordshire.
Imagine standing at the edge of an open doorway in an aircraft flying at 10,000 feet. Now imagine leaning forward out of that doorway and letting go - falling forward into the clouds, diving down through the air as you start freefalling at over 120mph! After the initial exhilarating freefall your parachute opens and you get a fantastic view and a peaceful 1 mile parachute descent back to the drop zone.
