Recyclers cast a spell for charity

Helen & Douglas House

Staff at trade magazine, The Recycler Limited, were invited to dress up for Halloween in a bid to raise money for charity.

The witches, black cats and vampires raised 150 and after some very long discussions they decided to split the amount between three charities, one of which was Helen & Douglas House.

To find out more about The Recycler Limited go to www.therecycler.com.

Dont forget that you can also recycle in aid of Helen & Douglas House. We're working with Laser Xchange and Greener Solutions to make our world a better place, and, of course, raise a few pounds for Helen & Douglas House. For each cartridge and phone you recycle, Laser Xchange and Greener Solutions make a contribution to us.

Greener Solutions (www.greenersolutions.co.uk) pay us 3 per phone, regardless of condition and age. For a recycling envelope, please e-mail us at fundraising@helenanddouglas.org.uk. You can also collect them in batches of 20 and we will arrange for them to be picked up.

Laser Xchange (www.lasexchange.co.uk) offer a free collection service when you have collected 10 cartridges. They also offer a small box for inkjet cartridges which can be posted once full via a free returns address or collected with your laser cartridges. If you have any questions at all about this service, please call LaserXchange on 01873 859901.
