We need volunteer receptionists, based in Douglas House, to greet visitors and to answer all incoming telephone calls. We are currently looking for people available to help us cover holidays and sickness - ideal for anyone who wants to help, but isn't able to make a regular commitment.
You will be meeting and talking to a wide variety of people, some of whom may be distressed. We will give you training on the small switchboard. An experience of telephone work, and a knowledge of computers and email would be an advantage.
