Administrative Support Volunteers

The Finance Office often needs help with a wide variety of administrative tasks, including answering the switchboard, counting cash, daily banking, filing, sorting the post (both external/internal) and other general office duties.

Database Volunteers

The Finance Office needs help with bringing all our GiftAid records up-to-date. GiftAid is a Government scheme which allows us to claim an extra 25% on all donations made by tax payers. We need someone to scan all our Gift Aid documents onto the computer and identify individual donors on our database, Donorflex. We’ll train you in all aspects of this role.

Finance Volunteers

We need help to count all the cash we receive from donors and collection boxes, record it onto Donorflex (our supporter database) and to take cash to our local bank, as required.
