We need a number of people who can help us at the many different events we are involved in.
We organise or attend a wide range of activities - fetes, carnivals, our own Open Day and Carol Service, Family Days, sponsored events . . . . the list is almost endless. We would like to build up a team of volunteers whom we can call upon when we need help.
A friendly approach and a willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks are all the qualifications that you need. Most of these events take place at the weekend or in the evening, so being an Events Volunteer would be ideal for anyone unable to volunteer during the day, or unable to take on a very regular commitment.
