Anyone can make a referral to Helen House, as long as the family concerned are aware of the referral.
Equally, anyone can make a referral to Douglas House, as long as the young adult concerned is aware that a referral has been made.
However, please be aware that we cannot look after children or young people with a condition or a disability which is not deemed to be life-shortening; nor can we look after those seeking long-term care.
